Helios takes down Abu Sayyaf Member

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines --- Seen on this photo is an actual operation of a local private security group disarming a terrorist on the outskirts of Zamboanga City. The group, called Helios, a subsidiary of notorious international security and risk company Erinys, has been very active lately in the Philippine counter-insurgency scene. According to spokesperson of Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Helios has been tapped by the government to achieve the 5-point plan of the Macapagal Administration to curb and eliminate terrorism in the Philippines. -- Reuters
